- Introducing Organisations, now you can manage the users and projects you work with in an Organisation, you can also manage other Organisations under yours.
Now, Flowize users, projects and environments are organized in Organizations.
Users belonging to an organization can see all the projects, users and environments of its organization and the ones belonging to child organizations.
Currently, there are 3 roles in Organizations:
- Manager: who can do everything, create/edit projects, create/edit organizations, create/edit users, create/edit environments, etc.
- Support: Can do everything the Manager can do but changing the details of the organization it belongs to.
- User: They can create/edit and work in projects but they cannot do anything related to organizations, like creating them, add users, etc.
All Users in an organization will have access to the Environments owned by that Organization or by child Organizations. Users outside the organization can be invited to projects to work in them but they wonβt be part of the organization.

- Brand new Flowize logo
- New Left Menu with the Organization tree, so itβs easier to manage Projects, Users, Environments and Organizations
- New SFTP App, with the possibility to get the list of files of a folder, upload and download files and check if file exists in a folder.
- Tables App. Now it can be tested while designing the flow
- While working in the Designer, an App that itβs not in a loop can only be executed a maximum of 10 times to avoid an infinite loop. This limit doesnβt apply when running data in your own environment. Use it with care.
- Content Editor. Preview now opens in a new window and itβs automatically updated when opening it again
- A top banner now appears in Website pages and Email Contents when working in the Designer. It wonβt appear when running from your Environment.
