Dashboard​
After you open your project, you will be taken into the dashboard section of Flowize. You can see information about tasks, storage, API inserts, data traffic, errors, errors in the flow, errors in-app. In simple words, the summary of your whole project.
Storage​
This is the place where you can store your data and define its structure, you'll be able to access and update this data by using variables on your flows.
- Data - The Data Structure allows you to have a schema of the local variables.
- Static - The Static Structure is one of the ways to provide variables in Flowize.
- Keystore - A Keystore is a container of packages of data, which are identified by a unique key.
- Tables - You can use the Tables feature to store data as you would do in an SQL database.
- Analytics - The Analytics section allows you to create reports.
- File Manager - The File Manager is a tool that allows you to store and manage your files easily.
Triggers​
Here you configure how to start or restart your flows.
- Interfaces - Interfaces allow you to connect different data structures and formats from your systems with our API.
- ODBC Connector - An ODBC Connector is a way of retrieving data from external systems and send it to another system.
- Webhooks - A webhook is a user-defined HTTP callback that is triggered when a particular event occurs at the source site.
- URLs - Send records to the API using URL.
- Schedules - The Schedules are ways to insert and enrich data into your Workflows.
- Batches - The batch allows you to create collections of records that will be, later on, inserted into the platform.
Flows​
Flows are the most crucial part of our platform. Here is where you define the steps of your desired integration.

In this section you can see the results of the flow executions.
Apps​
Apps has three sections:
- Marketplace - In our Marketplace, you will find the essential apps that exist in the market like: Facebook Messenger, Slack, Telegram, Mailgun or Twilio app and use in your workflows.
- Custom - To connect with external public and private web services to Flowize platform you need custom apps.
- Tools - Here you will find many kinds of tools which are very useful when building a flow in order to let you save time when doing some actions in it because you don't have to do it from zero.
Content​
There are many ways to create contents in Flowize:
- Website - Just as the word says, you can create a website using this.
- Hosted Pages - Using this tool you can build a website page.
- Email and PDF - With this tool you can build an email.
- Plain Text - With this tool you can build a plain text doc to be used in your flows and make it customizable by inserting conditions.
- Block - Use this tool to create blocks.
- Collection - The content collection allows us to manage several contents of the same format by applying conditions.
- Templates - This section allows you to create your content (website, email, content block, plain text or pdf) from a template.
Conditions​
Here you can create conditions based on your variables to take decision in your flows or to hide blocks in your contents.
