Reports

On the report section you can see the results of the flows' executions.

Each row in this list represents a flow execution, with each column containing relevant data:

  • the Data Record Id
  • the interface used
  • what flow and version was executed
  • it's status (In progress, Finished or Finished with errors)
  • some dates (when this execution was created, started and its last run)
  • how many number of executions did it have
  • Actions menu:

Reporta view will open with the detail of each step of the execution, with parameters used, response sent, time of execution, time spent, data record execution, app execution... This view is very useful to find out where an error or a certain result comes from, when reviewing the flow's execution
Edit your dataa page with the data used in this execution, and the option to edit (if you want to repeat this execution with the new values) or download it

There are also some options to be executed for the rows we have selected, from one to all the rows in the page:

Queue actions

ActionDescription
Pause Data RecordsPauses the execution. Not available for the Finished with errors
Resume Data RecordsContinues with the execution. Only for the ones that were paused (not the Finished with errors)
Immediately execute selected Data RecordsThis gives you the option to restart the selected executions. You can choose between two options, restart it with its current data or its original ones (option available when click on this)
Skip the current App and force to continue the processWhen having a Finished with errors report, you have the option to skip the app which is returning that error and continue with the execution of the flow
Remove Data Record from queueOnly for paused Data Records. It will be marked as Finished and cannot be restarted

Data record actions:

ActionDescription
Set Data Records as ReviewedOnly for reports Finished with errors. This option allows you to rerun an execution that previously finished with errors after making any necessary corrections, to verify that the errors no longer occur.
Move Data Records to flowThis action enables you to initiate the execution of a flow (which will be selected in the next step) using the data records generated from this execution.
Restart Data Records processThis gives you the option to restart this execution. You can choose between two options, restart it with its current data or its original ones (option available when click on this)
Delete Data RecordsYou can delete one or more reports by clicking here
